It wouldn’t be a laboratory without state-of-the-art equipment, so we have selected a custom-modded Kees van der Westen espresso machine to ensure our bean juice is of the highest echelon.
All of our 100% arabica coffee beans undergo a meticulous and tightly-controlled supply chain process managed by our team. We not only hand select the coffee, we also thoughtfully select the soil type and topography of our beans. Just as in viticulture, our coffee and beans provide a unique terroir and flavor.
